①How to use

After confirming your order, we will send the details of your order to your registered email.
② About payment

③ About cancellation and change after ordering
After the order is confirmed, the system will automatically move to the shipping procedure as soon as possible, so we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the contents after the order has been confirmed.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the product before shopping.
④ About delivery
About domestic delivery
Domestic shipments will be made by Sagawa Express and Japan Post.
The number of days it takes to deliver is within 7 to 10 days for normal products after the order is completed.
*Regarding reserved products, we will inform you of the scheduled arrival date on the product page because it will be shipped after arrival.
In addition, the shipping fee will be 880 yen (tax included) nationwide (free shipping for orders over 20,000 yen).

⑤About returns and exchanges after the product arrives
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products.
As an exception, within 30 days after receiving the product, we will accept exchanges and returns only if the product arrives different from the ordered product or if the product is defective.
In the above cases, the shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by us.

In addition, we will accept size exchanges only for unused items.
Size exchanges are accepted only in the following cases.
